A case of MICS LA MYXOMA excision PLUS MICS CABG to RCA.

74 year gentleman recently had upper limb surgery for fracture forearm

Presented with 5 x 5 cm Large LA myxoma

CAG showed critical PROXIMAL calcified RCA disease with insignificant LAD disease ( confirmed on cardiac PET )

LA MYXOMA was attached to the roof of LA and partially obstructing the Mitral Valve

MICS right anterior thoractomy with RIMA harvest LA MYXOMA biatrial approach for excision

RIMA to RCA, All achieved with single 5 cm incision

Patient discharged on day 6 of surgery
